Free Estimate

We meet with you to determine the scope of work involved with your intended project. In addition, we can help make recommendations on how to best utilize your existing space based on your style, taste, needs, and budget. We can customize our pricing based on a complete package or a "labor only" price.

Design

However, if you want a customized design experience tailored to your personal style and architecture, we can match you to a designer that's right for you to take your project to a whole other level. We can also discuss LEED, green options, ADA compliant regulations, feng shui & universal design implementations in this meeting as well.

Written Agreement

Our written agreement includes a line by line description of the scope of work based on our meeting. It specifically details what is and is not included in the contract so there can be no discrepancy once the project is started. If additional work is requested outside of the original agreement, we will be happy to perform the work with a written change order.

Scheduling

Once both parties agree to the terms of the contract, we put you on our next available schedule that is convenient for you. We consider delivery dates of your materials before we begin any demolition. We prepare the site by protecting the floors and blocking off areas to prevent the accumulation of dust and debris. We take all proper precaution to ensure that your remodeling experience is a good one. Our clients feel very comfortable leaving us to do the work while they go to work. Some of our clients decide to schedule renovations while they are out of town on trips.

Communication

Constant communication via email or phone regarding the daily status of your project is standard practice in our company. Our project managers are reachable 24/7. This is rare in this industry but we are a very unique company. All customers get a project manager's cell phone number and it's never too late to call.

Punchlist

Once we have completed the project, your project manager will do a walk-thru with you to make sure you are happy with the completed work. Final payment is not collected til you are 100% satisfied.

Consideration

Any home renovation, however big or small, can be expected to cause some change of routine for you, your children, your pets, and even your neighbors . This is why our staff pay special attention to make sure their tools are kept out of harms way, indoor pets are kept inside as the staff enters and exits the house, neighbors right to enjoy quiet is respected by starting and stopping work at reasonable hours.

Protection

We are fully insured for Workman's Comp., Auto, General Liability, Tools and Materials.
